We reserve the right to change event details, including performers, line-up, schedules, and venues, without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund unless required by law. Unauthorized ticket resale or fraudulent purchase may result in cancellation without refund. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers, and Fight Circus does not store your complete payment card information.

All content on the website, including logos, text, images, designs, videos, and trademarks, is owned by Fight Circus or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent. By using the website, you agree not to interfere with its operation, violate any laws, upload harmful or unlawful material, impersonate others, or misrepresent your connection with Fight Circus.

By purchasing a ticket or attending a Fight Circus event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance. Fight Circus events may include extreme performances, parody combat sports, theatrical stunts, loud music, flashing lights, pyrotechnics, and other potentially hazardous activities. You understand and accept that attending involves risk of personal injury, illness, property damage, or other harm. You confirm you are in good health, physically fit to attend, and agree to comply with all venue rules, security checks, and safety instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and hold harmless Fight Circus, its affiliates, performers, employees, contractors, and venue partners from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from your attendance, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. You further agree to indemnify and defend Fight Circus against any claims, damages, or expenses related to your actions or violations of these Terms.

By attending an event, you grant Fight Circus the unrestricted right to use your image, likeness, name, voice, and participation in any live or recorded media for promotional, commercial, or broadcast purposes without further approval or compensation.

Fight Circus disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent allowed by law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket or purchase in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These Terms and Waiver are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. We may update these Terms and Waiver at any time, and changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website or attendance at our events constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Waiver.
